FOLO's Educational society is a registered society established in 2006 by Mr. Thadeus Paniadima, MSW and a professional social worker, along with seven like-minded persons. He has been nurturing this passion to establish a free residential school for orphans/semi orphans/ marginalized children with the highest standards of education along with skill-based training. His aim is to establish a mechanism whereby he can provide education to 1000 children by the year 2015 in coastal villages, tribal areas, and in slum areas of Tamil Nadu and Kerala .

He also counsels Street children, children from street schools and also guides the families to solve their family problems by using their capacities. He is also engaged with the Adolescent's Education Programme to impart educational Vaccine against HIV/AIDS and Hepatitis
